In Rome, there is a fabulous conference taking placing right now, May 27th-29th, that focuses on Dietrich von Hildebrand's Philosophy of Love.

The conference was inspired by the recent translation of von Hildebrand's book on The Nature of Love. This book handsomely compliments his other books like The Heart: An Analysis of Human and Divine Affectivity and Transformation in Christ: On the Christian Attitude, which have shaped work at the intersection of Christian spirituality, spiritual theology and philosophy.
